Dawn on the Delaware Below Skinner's Falls

The Delaware River runs from Hancock, New York, to Cape May, New Jersey. It is often covered with mist in the early morning and is one of my favorite spots for dramatic sunrises. This scene is near our camp just below Skinner's Falls during a 13 day trip on the River with the Lenape Indians, to whom the River is sacred. |
